Terms and Conditions
This agreement is a contract between the customer ('you') and Reed Pacific Pty Ltd ABN: 46 051 752 044 'Reed Pacific' 1037 Old Northern Rd Dural 2158 NSW. bonzaspice.com.au 'Bonza Spice' is owned and operated by Reed Pacific.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Bonza Spice. By completing and ordering from bonzaspice.com.au, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Bonza Spice reserves the right at all times to make changes to the Bonza Spice Terms and Conditions, stock offers, gift certificates and bonuses at its sole discretion without prior notice.
1. Definitions
The following apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Agreement means an agreement between you and Bonza Spice to supply Goods.
Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the Order.
Goods means Goods described in an Order (including fragrances and cosmetics).
Order means an order by you to purchase Goods from Bonza Spice.
Personal Information includes, but not limited to your name, Delivery Address and payment details.
2. Price of Goods and payment
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery and gift wrapping. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect to each product ordered and all applicable taxes in that regard.
Variation Bonza Spice reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.
Method of Payment You may use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal. Bonza Spice does not accept cheque, cash or gift card payments for Goods. Payment must be cleared before the Goods are dispatched.
3. Delivery
All products are only available for delivery in Australia.
Please note that goods are delivered as an individual item and cannot be bundled together. As such a separate delivery fee applies for each item.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery
You may nominate a delivery week however Bonza Spice is unable to ensure or guarantee delivery on a nominated day.
Delivery Charges:
- Delivery charges will be indicated in the order page and are additional to the stated price for goods. The delivery charges are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
Risk & Title
- Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
Delivery Requirements
- Bonza Spice does not make Goods available for collection.
Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address.
- A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept the goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of the appropriate age to receive the Goods (or the person is unable or unwilling to provide appropriate proof of age), a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the post office.
- Bonza Spice will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.
4. Stock and Product Availability
All Goods featured on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the Goods as described will be available at the time of the sale.
Please note that customer orders are not available should an item not be available.
Bonza Spice will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Goods ordered by you are supplied to you. If the Goods ordered by you are not readily available in stock, whenever possible Bonza Spice will offer you a comparable product of equal or greater value. Photography, Bonza Spice will attempt to have the most accurate imagery of products available, however images of larger items may be used to represent sample sized fragrances.
Bonza Spice reserves the right not to sell certain products to any person to which, or in any location where, the sale of certain Products is restricted or prohibited.
Use of any product sold by Bonza Spice is at the users own risk. We take no responsibility in giving application advice or inproper of misuse of any product.
Gift Certificate (Bonza Bequest™)
A gift certificate/voucher, may be used in payment of all or part of your order. Only one gift certificate can be used per order. To redeem a voucher or certificate simply click on the link provided on the basket page. Then, when prompted, enter the FIRST NAME, SURNAME and VOUCHER CODE exactly as it appears on the emailed certificate/ letter of your voucher. Incorrect spelling of individuals names will prevent redemption of your gift certificate.
If your order is to a value higher than the value of your certificate/voucher, you will need to pay the balance by another payment method.
If your order is to a value less that your certificate/voucher value the balance will remain on your certificate/voucher for redemption at a later date.
Please note that Gift Cards can be redeemed online only.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed
- This certificate is: Redeemable for merchandise available at www.bonzaspice.com.au only; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card (Within 12 months of the purchase date); Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
- It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date
- Cash will not be given for any unused balance
- Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited
- Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.
- Gift Certificates are not transferable.
- You are liable for all transactions on your card except to extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
- Check available card balance by logging into My Profile, and entering the FRIST and SURNAME and VOUCHER CODE as they appear on the certificate. For more information visit the FAQs.

Bonza Spice reserves the right to dishonor an Gift Certificate if any above of the Terms and Conditions have been breached.
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled online within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. This must be done by calling the Customer Care on 1300 660 494.
Please note that orders may not be cancelled after they have been shipped. Please choose carefully.
6. Returns
Exchanges and returns will be processed in accordance with the current Bonza Spice Returns Policy.
Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable, unless required by law.
Bonza Spice will replace or credit any items damaged, faulty or received incorrectly within 14-days of purchase. Please send all returns to the address below, order number and invoice number. (no cash refunds).
Bonza Spice cannot refund or exchange Goods unless there is a fault, this means no exchange is available for an error in judgment in product choice. Choose carefully.
You must notify Bonza Spice within 7 Days of incorrect shipments, otherwise you will be presumed to have accepted the goods and will be liable to pay for whatever you have received.

7. Privacy and Security

8. Promotions and Discounts.
Bonza Spice at its discretion, may honour promotions, discounts or offers currently available from any source, however all advertised items are available only while stocks last unless otherwise stated in the advertisement.
The Spice Club ™ - Frequent Fragrancer Program
The promotional gifts and discounts are offered at the discretion of the promoter (Bonza Spice). Promotions are subject to the fair use as determined by these terms and conditions.
Fair Use: Gifts are restricted to one per person per order. Cannot be used for wholesale or business purchases. Discounts or gifts are not redeemable for cash. Gifts or discounts are not transferable.
Free gifts and discounts are only valid on the completion of purchases within the confines of these terms and conditions.
Spice Club ™ offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse to honour any offer or gift if any of these terms have been breached. Offers are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the promoter.
