What are the payment types available?

How can I see the status of my order?

Sign in, then click on "Order Status" in the top left hand corner. From his page you will be able to find you Tracking Number as we as the Order Status.  Alternatively if you are unable to see your status contact us.

 

How do I track my Shipment?

To track your delivery you will need your tracking number. This will have been provided shortly after purchase, and can find it on the Order Status page. If not please contact us, for further information. Once you have your tracking number visit the Australia post website below for more information.

How long does delivery usually take after payment has been received?


As a guide for estimated transit times, use the following:

USA - Ground Service $ 5.00

Ships via UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service Ground
Orders to PO Box, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS

From 2 - 7 working days

Canada

Ships via UPS Standard or Postal Service for $ 9.95

Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these duties and fees.

Do you charge state Tax?

We charge state tax only in New York State, at a rate of 4%. This is caculated on the shipping address where the product is being sent to.

How can I change the delivery address for my account?

To change and addresses or any other information for the account, use the My Account section of the home page. This can be seen in the top left hand corner, once you are logged in. Please note that changes to delivery addresses will not impact on previously ordered products.

How can I change my password for?

To change your password or any other personal information, use the My Account section on the bottom left hand side of the home page.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "forgot your password?" link on the login page.

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address and simply follow the links to receive your new password.

Once you have successfully logged in, you can change your password in the My Account section (see above instructions)

 

How can I save the products which is have found for later?

To save products for later purchase, use the My Wishlist function. This is located in "My Whislist" section of the home page. This can be seen in the top left hand corner. Simply create a wishlist, and you will be able to save products. This will allow faster access to your favorite items!

You can share these wishlists with friends and family, so that THEY know what they should be buying you!

 

How do I use a promotional code?

To use a promotional code, simply proceed with an order and once in My Cart you will have an opportunity to enter the promotional code on the right hand side. Once entered, the price will automatically update the cart to see the discount.

Gift Certificates

 

How can I use my gift card?

To use a gift card, simply proceed with an order and on the payments page, select use gift card . Enter your first and last name, as well as the voucher number to redeem the card. (Please note that the name must be as exactly appears on the emailed gift certificate). Please read the terms and conditions regarding the use of Gift Certificates.


What happens if what I purchase is less then the value of my Gift Card?

This is not a problem. The purchase will be deducted from the total. To see the remaining balance of the gift card login in and use the My Profile section, which appears on the bottom left hand side of the home page when logged in.

What is the difference between Perfume EDP, EDT and EDC?

The difference between EDP , EDT and EDC are the levels of actual fragrance compared with the % of alcohol which has been blended with the fragrance. This is done due to the fact that each fragrance is different and has different strengths. Most would be too strong to wear otherwise! The concentration of fragrance determines how long you can smell it, after application.


Perfume – most concentrated and longest lasting

EDP - Eau de Parfum is next strongest

EDT - Eau de Toilette is the most common type of fragrance

EDC - Eau de Cologne is the least strongest and usually lasts 2-3 hours and is the most gentle on the skin.

 

A Guide to Wish Lists

 

Step 1

Create a Bonza Spice Account.

Once you have created your account you can set up a wishlist. Remember to enable shareing so that your friends can see your wish list

Remember that wish lists could be used for any occasions such as birthday's weddings or christmas, you can create as many wish lists as you like.

                              

Step 2            

Select your gifts, simply browse through the products and select your favourites and 'add to wish list'.  

Step 3

Share your wish list. You can do this using the Facebook or Twitter buttons on the wish list page or but sending your friends your unique url which will be displayed on your wish list page.
